cornerstone
of the world literature which was written here. An unforgettable
day for children and a day of leisure for adults who can visit
the marvellous villa in the heart of the park with its Italian
garden. A trip outside the walls of Pistoia should also comprehend
a visit to the park of Villa Puccini, today a home for
old people. The park was designed by Niccolò Puccini
in the 19th century and used to be adorned with sculptures and
buildings set in a natural scenario. Today the park is only
partly open for visitors, but still gives you a chance to make
a relaxing walk at only two km from Pistoia.
